The Setting the Standard Barbering and Natural Hair Academy has opened in Shreveport at 711 Texas Street, the former home of Joseph Guin Salon. Owner Terri Pugh says they are a barber stylist learning institution that also provides services for customers from hair cuts to $15 hot towel shaves.
